    Pilates

Pilates is a holistic training concept developed by Joseph Pilates that aims to harmonize body and mind. It combines strength, flexibility and breathing exercises that particularly strengthen the deep muscles, especially the core (abdomen, back and pelvic floor). Through precise and controlled movements, Pilates improves posture, coordination and flexibility. Our Pilates classes are specifically designed for patients who have undergone surgery or finished pelvic floor recovery after pregnancy. They are easy on the joints and strengthen body awareness.

    Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a calm style of yoga based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. The asanas (positions) are held for at least three minutes, with the aim being complete relaxation. Gravity and body weight allow the body to find its own position. This promotes letting go and trust for your body, which is particularly helpful in cases of stress, tension or shortened tendons. Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep", goes one step further. In a systematic process, it leads to deep, conscious relaxation that addresses and rebalances mental, emotional and physical levels. Combined, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra release tension, restore balance and are particularly effective in relieving the body of imbalances caused by one-sided strain or poor posture.

    Soundbath

The soundbath is a meditative experience in which singing bowls are used to achieve deep relaxation. The gentle, harmonious vibrations of the singing bowls flow through the body, relieving symptoms of stress and tension and allowing you to enter a state of deep meditation. This ancient practice supports emotional balance, promotes self-healing and offers a soothing break from everyday life.
