Appointments/cancellations

Therapies can be arranged by telephone or e-mail. Exercise classes can be arranged via the online booking tool. Appointments must be canceled by e-mail or telephone at least 24 hours before the start of treatment, otherwise the appointment will be charged in full. Missed appointments cannot be reclaimed from the health insurance company.

Treatment time

For a professional consultation and compilation of an individual treatment program, appointments at Recovery Space AG are divided into 50 minutes of pure treatment time and 10 minutes of anamnesis, consultation and planning.

Prices/Payment

All prices are in CHF. Payment on site via debit card, Twint or cash. A surcharge of CHF 5.00 will be charged for payment by credit card. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

Data protection

Recovery Space AG undertakes to treat all information obtained in the course of treatment as strictly confidential. This includes all personal data as well as details of health conditions and courses of treatment. The duty of confidentiality applies without restriction, unless the client expressly consents to the disclosure of the information or there is a legal obligation to disclose it. This regulation serves to protect the client's privacy and the basis of trust between client and therapist.

Health insurance/reimbursement

All manual therapies can be reclaimed via supplementary insurance for complementary and alternative medicine or accident insurance. The receipt contains all relevant information about the treatment, including date, type of services provided and cost. Patients are responsible for submitting the receipt to their insurance company. The practice accepts no liability for the approval or rejection of claims and the amount of cost coverage by the insurance company. The claim receipt will be issued immediately after treatment.

Recovery Space AG recommends that you inform yourself in advance about the cost coverage and any necessary cost estimate, especially in the case of accident insurance.

Safety/movement classes

The instructors are obliged to inform the participants about basic health aspects and safety precautions before the start of the class. However, it is the responsibility of the participants to be aware of their own state of health and to inform the instructors of any health restrictions before the start of the class. Each participant is responsible for their own health and safety during the exercise class. It is recommended that you consult a doctor before participating in the classes, especially if you have any health problems or restrictions. Participation in exercise classes is at your own risk. The provider accepts no liability for injuries or health problems that occur during or after participation in the classes.

Participants must not act contrary to medical instructions or recommendations. In case of health concerns, it is advisable to suspend participation in the classes and consult a doctor if necessary.
